Laser Illumination For ​​​​​​​High-Speed Cameras

The Specialised Imaging SI-LUX640 laser illumination system provides up to 400W of lighting power at pulse frequencies up to 10MHz.

Designed to illuminate nano or microsecond events being captured by Specialised Imaging SIM framing and KIRANA video ultra-high-speed cameras, connecting directly without a delay generator to synchronise the laser pulse and camera exposure times, the SI-LUX640 can also be used with high-speed video (HSV) cameras. This simply requires the addition of Specialised Imaging’s one channel delay generator (1CDG) to synchronise laser pulses with camera exposure times, and limits the total on time to within the duty cycle of the SI-LUX.
