Specialised Imaging Ltd is a dynamic company focusing on the design, manufacture, service and supply of ultra high-speed imaging systems and components for industrial, military and scientific applications.
Founded by a group of highly experienced engineers from a high speed imaging background, Specialised Imaging is in the enviable position of being able to draw on many years of experience gained in this demanding field. Specialised Imaging engineers were instrumental in the development of the world's first digital simultaneous streak and framing camera which was awarded the Queens Award for Technological Achievement.
Since starting operation in September 2003, Specialised Imaging has already launched three new products. These, and subsequent products will help us to fulfil our ambition to become the recognised world leaders in ultra high speed imaging. Our aggressive program of developments will allow Specialised Imaging to demonstrate the ability to address imaging problems across the entire spectrum of applications. The professional dedication exhibited by Specialised Imaging's personnel coupled with the lower overheads of a smaller company, allow us to provide reliable, innovative, state of the art products at competitive prices.
Specialised Imaging Ltd recognises the importance of a quality management system for the continued growth of a company. Our Quality Management System, which is accredited to ISO 9001:2000, has been in operation since April 2004.
The company's continuing policy is to invest in the development of innovative imaging solutions, incorporate the latest technological advances and use improved components wherever possible. A total commitment to quality and a thorough understanding of applications are held as the keys to the future.
In order to be able to provide complete solutions to high-speed imaging users, Specialised Imaging has formed strong strategic partnerships with other manufacturers in related fields, this allows us to offer full systems including illumination, optical components, triggering devices, supports and tripods. Specialised Imaging will always put the customer first and we are happy to discuss and develop new functions and facilities for any of our camera systems to suit a particular customers requirement.
Close relationships with all of our major suppliers allows us to use customdesigned components in many of our systems to provide our customers with the best possible solution to almost any imaging problem.
In addition to the design and manufacture of our own products, Specialised Imaging engineers are able to apply their extensive knowledge and experience that has been accrued of camera design and manufacturing to undertake the servicing and repair of most high speed imaging systems. Repair work on our own, or other manufacturers equipment is underpinned by a six-month warranty against failure resulting from workmanship or new parts used.
